I saw this and was amazed that anyone would not think something was rotten in Denmark.

Quote: "having reach the limit of paypal I do not know if I can yet accepted PLAYING REGULATIONS by this route,"..." I didn't know PayPal had limits and I didn't know ebay would allow payments (negotiations) outside their system rules. What say you who sell regularly on ebay?

Amazing what a little greed will do to your common sense. That is if there are any "real" bidders bidding and not a bunch of shill bids.

I live in Australia but unfortunately he only ships to the United States. I'll email him and ask whether he will send the item to Australia.
Response should be interesting.

If you don't like that one, he has another special lot for sale.

I think it's funny. A seller in France that will only post to the USA. Maybe he or she wants all the stamps to 'go home' ??

Anyway, if you can't afford the current bid, try your luck on this lot......

[same lot as post above !]

Wonder what he would do if you asked for copies of the certs?

The certs are shown in the link he provides at the bottom of the listing.
Surprise. The PF C3a cert (#519955) does not match the stamp and description shown in the listing.

Wow! Just WOW. He must have cornered the market with Inverted Jennys C3a.... two offerings both with PF certs. Hard to believe.

Is it just me, or do these stamps look like illustrations cut out from auction catalogs? I've spent some time looking at them and that is what I think they may be.

I noticed that one of the bidders who had only 2 transactions bid it up in a matter of a minute from $85 to $500.

As it's all over the 'philatelic internet' I can say that it has been reported many times to ebay.
The seller has also received some very choice messages !
