Perforation Difference: 2-Cent Registration (Canada)

I noticed this offering on ebay the other day:



When I moved the second stamp next to the first I noticed a perforation difference:



Is it the opinion of this august group that this might be F2d Perf. 12 x 11½? a $250 difference in value?

These were printed around the same time as the small queens, and as such also have various perforations (11.9 to 12.3) based on when they were printed.

To find the scarcer item, you have to compare the vertical (short) sides, not the horizontal (long sides).

These will also vary (as above), so the only way to know if it is the rare perf is to actually measure the perfs (anything between 11.5 and 11.75 qualifies, though once you get to 11.75, then you have to be especially precise to rule out 11.85 for example).
