These are cinderellas prepared by a revolutionary group in the early 1920s. Never issued because the revolution failed. You show 4 of the 6 stamps in the set:

1,2,5,10,20,50p

They were never issued but sold in the philatelic market place to collectors ,I got mine as approvals at a early age .
