Minnesota's biggest philatelic event is just around the corner.
It will be held as usual at the Crystal Community Center.
On Saturday, July 18, at 1PM the Northern Philatelic Library will be presenting a 1-hour seminar on identifying Washington stamps from the Washington/Franklin series. All are welcome and there is no fee to attend.
