Hi guys..Was sitting down talking to a "Pence" expert.."Admiral" expert..etc..etc..He plated some constance on a cover I have in my possession...The cover has a block of Scott # 744-747 (1977) and a Scott #588 (1973) and a Scott#513 (1970) stamps.

He has plated constants as per the pictures below that I posted.












here is what he called a "Doctor Blade Flaw" on the Scott #588 stamp just above the "O" in "Borden"..It is hard to see from the scan, but is definitely there.
