At the suggestion of PostmasterGS, I have been using double sided scrapbooking tape to secure my mounts to my pages.

The stuff works great and has allowed to me to move my stamps onto a new page with ease when I find a typo and need to reprint a page.
But getting the tape onto the back of the mount, and then getting the backing paper off as problematic.
So, I decided to go a different route. I got a Tombow removable adhesive dispenser:

This made applying the adhesive a LOT easier. But then I learned that this stuff doesn't hold as well as the Scotch/3M stuff does. My mounts were falling off the pages after a few months.
So, 2 weeks ago I had an AHA! moment...
Why the heck am I applying the tap to the back of the mount? I should apply the tape to the PAGE and then stick the mount to the page.
I immediately smacked my palm to my forehead, like the old "I coulda had a V8" commercials.
You can all laugh at me now.
