Most everyone knows that the United States does not place living persons' images on its stamps. Great Britain had a similar policy until recently, though the sovereign and members of the royal family were regularly portrayed as an exception.

What some fail to realize, however, is that some nations feature the UNDEAD.

Shall we try to collect here as many undead personalities featured on stamps as possible?

I was always fascinated by this picture of Bela Lugosi (Dracula) showing interest in his "real life" hobby: Philately!

More to the point of this thread, I suspect the OP is referring to those countries who honor the living on their stamps, such as these recording artists from Canada:
