Has anyone viewed this French Exposition Universelle Grand Prix Paris 1900 stamp before? Does anyone know if this is a common stamp or what value it maybe? Would appreciate any information about it. Thank you.

It would seem to be a cinderella issued at the occasion of the 1900 international exposition in Paris. More info on the exposition: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Expos...elle_(1900).
