I am not sure is this original sheet from 1938. or some kind of reprint? It doesn't look to be so old... but, on the other side, there is no any "reprint" or "facsimile" mark anywhere. Signatures looks to be original (not printed), but I don't have idea who are those people... tried to Google them, but without useful results. Reverse of the sheet is blank.

I have found the same example used on the cover in 1938... showed in the NJPH society journal (vol. 21 number 5)... available on-line in the PDF format.

25,000 of these deluxe cards were printed by the Commandy-Roth Company in 1938 to support the fight against tuberculosis; they were sold for 25 cents at the time. The signatures are prominent figures in the fight against tuberculosis at the time. This is a very nice item.

I had no idea people collected these. My grandparents had tons of them when I was a kid.
