Hi Guys. Can anyone give me an accurate figure, with a reference if possible, on the number of these stamps/ folders printed? (I can only find speulation as to numbers on the internet) And where might be the best place to have these certified? ( europe preferably) Thanks for your' imput.

Very, very nice Speculation is that around 200 of these folders were prepared. I'm not sure if a record with the exact number has ever been revealed.

As for having them certified, the Royal Philatelic Society London is probably your best option. Note that the certificate charge is based on the value of the stamps. My Stanley Gibbons specialized India catalog doesn't give a value for these, so perhaps you should contact the RPSL for exact pricing info.

The closest to value I could find was a presentation book with faults which was recently sold at auction for AUD $6,500 (lot 1780)
