Robson Lowe's Encyclopedia does not list them, but it mentions many constant plate varieties for the stamps of this issue, including the one pictured , and refers readers to a book by N. Argenti, "The postage Stamps of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia (1962). I do not have this book, however.
Really hard to tell, but if you found another proof or stamp with exact same marks then you have the answer. Of course literature is worth it's weight in gold as this may already be answered.
These marks all look too straight to be ink smears to me. Good luck hunting.
Light re-entries like this generally duplicate the design, in this case, the lettering. I don't see that here. Although these marks look like re-entry marks, I don't really see that the marks follow any pattern. So it would be difficult to prove to anyone unless you find another stamp or proof with these same marks.
