In september 2001, I received a cover from Florida, and at the back of the cover there was this stamp attached.
Since I never found it anywhere, does anyone have any idea what is it?
I just added it in my collection of history of our times.

A Private Local Post for Philatelic purposes. The creator as maybe 100 different post around the USA, but most are in Florida!
