It's a lovely piece, and I've really the level of conversation it has generated. There's so much more research associated with this document.

Hi. The document is a payslip. The Harrietville Gold Mining Co was an english company that owned a number of mines on the Harrietville goldfield from the 1890s till the early 1900s. The Harrietville Historical Society would be interested in obtaining this document if possible.Regards Bill.
