There are 3 types of Perforated Official Stamps with the punches noted. In 1913-31 postage stamps perforated the letters "OS" for the Australian Stamps. It is not that easy to say what is the value of them since it depends on different factors with these stamps.
The First issues, (1913) were punched with large initials, 14 mm high and contained 18 and 17 holes in the O and S. The second issues (1914) were smaller size of the O andS, 8.5 mm high and had 12 or 11 holes in the O and S. The Third size OS, 9 mm high were also used for a short time.
Best to check measurements by counting the holes or mm measurements and view watermarks if any apply on the stamps to differentiate the large, small, and medium OS. The perforations of 14, 13/1/2 by 12 1/2 are seen for the 1926-1930 issues in the perforated Small OS exclusively.
There are known high values for the Large OS for Scott OA12 thru OA15 which are the "shillings" to L2 depending on condition of the stamp.
Scott's specialized catalogue do have photographs of the watermarks, since the large perforated official stamps have exclusively the watermark 8, the Perforated Small OS stamp have watermark 8. 9, 10, 11, 203 depending on the year of the stamp.
In 1931, the system of perforated initials was replaced to printing of OS.
I have enjoyed collecting them as well .Best Wishes!

They will be listed and priced under the "Australasian Stamp Catalogue" by Seven Seas
(If I recall correctly)

They are also listed in the Stanley Gibbons catalog. If you are serious about specializing in Australia, I recommend that you move from the Scott catalog to Stanley Gibbons, Seven Seas, or if you really want to get into varieties the Australian Commonwealth Specialists' Catalogue by Brusden and White.

If you are simply looking for a list of the stamps and varieties, there is a great website: http://predecimal.nf/roo/OsGeneral.htm that covers the OS issues for the Roos but does not include prices. The only place I've found for online values is using ebay to judge their resale value.

I have the "seven seas" and it does list the official perfins but does not give values. It is an older issue. Maybe they give prices in a more recent edition. I also have an old SG that does not give values. I am in the market for a more up-to-date scott classic. They are not covered in that are they?
