South Australia Color Printing Problem?

Hi all, sorry I have another question about Australian stamps.
I noticed a shifting in the color of this stamp, is this due to a bad print , double print or any other printing problem?

Looks like a double print to me. I have no catalog of Australia to confirm this, but your stamp looks like a beauty to me!

Thanks, I wasn't sure what to consider since the second print is so faint.
