Still mounting my Australian states, and another question:
how much a cut to shape stamp is worth on cover (in %), since a single cut to shape stamp is almost worthless.

I don't know the value in $$$, but this is an interesting cover and worth keeping.

The 6d. Diadem is often found cut to shape on cover and is worth about 40-50% if it was cut square. I would value it around $20-$25 cut to shape on cover especially with a named ship to Manila, Philippines.
