Does Scott specify about playing card R17c 3 cent green with partial imperf? I believe the right side may have been trimmed, however the bottom is a straight edge.Unsure if this is a valuable unused revenue stamp. I am aware that value may be decreased due to faults.Any responses would appreciate it.
This is a better picture of the bottom of it..for those who may be interested to view. since referred to as an irregular, does it carry value at all for this unused stamp?
Partially perforated first issue revenue stamps are imperforate on opposite sides, not on the bottom and right side like this one. I think both of these sides were trimmed when it was cut from a document or maybe from a box of cards.
