I have found these 2 covers (cover + Postal Card)... not familiar with Postal History of Nazi Germany... any idea why consors stamps in two (blue and red) colors and what is OKW on the Postal Card (is it possible to find out from which occupied country this card came from actually)?

12526
(Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) Feldkommandantur 518
(15.9.1940-31.1.1941) Feldkommandantur 518 V
(15.7.1942-24.1.1943) gestrichen, wurde Fp.Nr. 16209 F
(1.8.1943-23.3.1944) 17.9.1943 Kraftwagen-Werkstatt-Zug 408.

Found that doing a search for Felpost 12526 listed on the postcard. You can probably find more info doing a search on that Feldpost number. I didn't dig real far.

The "OKW" refers to Oberkommando Wehrmacht. Until late in the war, the army was responsible for mail screening/censorship. Later, Hitler decided that the army was not trustworthy and transferred censorship to the gestapo.

The logo/design cancel on your cover is of the Hitler Youth. These summer youth camps had their own field post offices. They are not listed in the German 1944 directory of post offices.

The old German Gothic, or Suetterlin script is a problem for modern people trying to read/translate it.

The red censor stamp insures that the letter was truly inspected, and that the strip was authentically applied.
