You will need a perforation guide to positively ID the 1¢ Franklin. It is from the 1922-1929 definitive series and there are 6 varieties. Two #594 & #596 were made from "coil waste", & have 2005 catalog values of $16,000 & $120,000 so are obviously very rare. The other 4 are: #552 - Perf 11; #578 - Perf. 11x10; #581 - Perf. 10; and #632 - Perf. 11x10½.

I'm no expert on stamp identification, I can't tell the difference between flat plate and rotary press printing, so there may be an easier, more obvious way to ID your stamp.
