Many thanks everyone, I was pretty confident it was 5, Scotzm, you help me out everytime, would you mind if I emailed you direct on a few more for both red and blue, I promise I wont bombard you, I have about a dozen to sell off?

I would suggest, Gary, that SCF is THE ideal place to ask for assistance as it gives all an opportunity to contribute their input and, as we all know, several heads are better than one.

The reds can be tricky blighters, especially the later plates so someone may see something specific missed by another person and that aids identification as it is sometimes a case of ruling out certain plates, watermarks etc. Many stamps exist only with certain watermarks, alphabets, perforation etc so any information is important

If you decide to post here and as you have around a dozen needing IDs, start off with the earliest reds or blues... they will have maltese cross cancels almost inevitably... and perhaps upload two or three at a time so everyone can see and contribute their input/comment/observation.
