The first card is actually American. Reply card half of Paid Reply Postal card. Two cards were sold together message and reply cards. Yours is Scotts# PR2 issued 1893

The Canadian issued 1990-91. Looks like a #8 envelope which makes it a U128 in the Unitrade or Scott catalogues (both use the same numbering system.

Agreed on the US.
In addition to the Unitrade # on Canada,
WEBBS has it as a EN125 (issued Dec 28, 1990)
