I respectfully request assistance identifying the below Canadian Back of the Book Stamps of which I am unable to locate in the Scott Catalog...

#1 1915 War Tax #FWT8 (van Dam catalogue)
#21934-48 'Three Leaf' excise stamps # FX64

Scotts doesn't cover these, as you've figured out. Get yourself a copy of 'The Canadian Revenue Stamp Catalogue' by Mr. E.S.J. van Dam
Well worth it if you are going to delve into these.

ESJ Van Dam also has a website. Although not as good as the catalog, you can try to find your stamp in his Sales Section where the Van Dam Number and Retail value is listed with the stamp. The Links are on the left side of the webpage:
