Purchased the same type items from 5 different ebay stores in China.

Looking for the best service and items at very good prices.

The 5 lots of items purchased show up as 5 packages held together with large thick elastic bands. All item come from the same person called Bekky with absolutely no other ID on the items. No damage amazingly.

No problem you might say but there was a shortfall of 20% from the items purchased.

Send an email to which store about the shortfall? What do I do?

So I pick out one store and told them their order is short. They ask for an image of the missing items. Yes an image of the missing items. 8 x I did battle and got no where so for the 1st time ever I gave a negative feedback. Not just 1 but 10 negative feedbacks shared to 5 sellers.

Some days later now I find out 1 person owns all the stores. I found out by closely looking at the replies from the 5 different rep's working for the seller. They had standard replies and it stands out like dogs...teeth.

The crap that has been dished out to me until I called it all belonging to the same person. And the formulated pure lies is disgusting from all 5 stores reps. Now silence! But for how long?

I have enough email info to get what ever from eBay/paypal but I do not want to take back the 10 neg feedbacks.....I am generally upset.

Another day.........

Hi KGV. First off raise a paypal claim and get your money back. You'll never get the missing items from the seller. 2nd off leave all the negatives to warn other buyers. I also had problems in the past buying goods from China. Due to those problems I don't buy from there anymore despite the cheap prices offered it often ends up as more of a headache that what its worth. I fail to see why one would own 5 different ebay stores selling the same product? What's the point? Next thing you can do is report them to ebay. I've also seen goods listed as being held in Australia or USA. You buy them but end up receiving from China. No good at all. Write a final letter of complaint to the seller and tell them your not happy. You should at least get back the $ through paypal for the lot. That's all you can do.

ebay and the Chinese are in bed together.

As well, the Chinese get discounted postage from the government in China.

ebay has set up distribution warehouses in the US for the Chinese so they can stock them by the boatload and then say items are located in the US.

If you have to return anything to China, good luck having your return shipping costs paid by the seller or ebay. If you buy from China be prepared to get stuck with it if defective. In other words, anything you buy for China on ebay is throw away.

They could care less about negatives as they sell in such volume they are insignificant. It is also rumoured that ebay will scrub their feedback just as they do for the big North American sellers.

They play by their own rules. Only buy from China on ebay if you don't care, as the sellers don't.

I would not bother in this case returning the items simply get the money back from paypal. Raise the case.

No doubts we can claim from Paypal, but imagine after you purchased and waited for aprrox. 2 months and at the your purchases never arrive, time wasted, end have to purchase from the local store. ebay should do something on these.

That seems a long time to wait I would have raised a claim after 5 weeks of item not showing. I rather buy from USA / Europe / UK / Oz sellers and won't buy from China ever again. No matter how cheap the item is.

Had a deal go very sour out of Singapore.

It took me over 4 months to get my $180 back.

What journey with ebay & paypal.

The amount of contacts. The amount of 2hr waits!

I do not give up!

Using neg feedback for the 1st time sure got my issue with my items fixed at record speed.

I am happy! Changed all neg's. Not into prolonged hate trips.
