It is easier to see if turned 90 degrees, but in the center, it looks like there is a C and an O, and possibly an I? If it was CIO (and I admit that seems remote), it could be some sort of union label.

I'd be shocked to find out it is a postage stamp.

No denomination. Doubtful that it's a postage stamp.

This is surely not a stamp. No denomination of the country, no value mentioned.

I still don't think it is a postage stamp, but what size is it? And does it have a watermark?

Cinderella to be sure. I'd say bicycle related, since it certainly looks like a bike wheel.

Not a postage stamp, but a Cinderella of some type. Like Timm, I too thought of a stamp that might be found on a deck of cards (?)

The stamp has kind of an Art Deco feel to it, I think, though this type of pentagram can be found centuries and centuries earlier. It's interesting, too, to do some counting. The image resists being seen as a time piece or compass as the totals are mostly odd numbers. There's a hint of the occult here, or of the Wiccan.
