Good day to all. Is this a 1911 Maca0 diagonal half with red surcharge used? I am not sure what is the domination of this stamp. Any information will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The stamp would purport to be Sc#161, 5 avos on the slate blue 10 avos (Sc#135, itself an overprint on Sc#89).

I can't speak to the Provisorio overprint or the later surcharge. I don't spend much time with these.

Looks fine to me, though the cancel is a favor cancel. Not a lot of drop in value since most were favor canceled.
