Does this line mean anything? It was different from the 50 other Saudi Arabia airmail stamps I saw today.

Heidivee, not sure about this one, but I have a feeling it is something that should have been cut off at the printers. You may notice tat the stamp is cut very close to the top? It is most likely what we call a "miscut" stamp.
