These covers were made to sell to collectors when the stamps came out. Most from 1950 till now are not rare, if you want a paticliar one you might have to pay but if you dont care what ones you get in bulk you can get for 10 cents each or less.
The post office in Indonesia mass produces covers like these now days. I used to buy them when I went to Indonesia for a couple of bucks each or less. There's never anything rare produced these days. I rather older covers before world war 2. At least you have a chance of finding unique covers when they are that old.
yes they produce them in mass now days & mainly as a revenue biases these days they have lots of collectors wanting them but unfortunately none of the covers they produce now are worth anything. I used to get covers ordered from the Indonesia post office direct when I was not visiting there. But the material in the end won't ever become worth anything so I gave up. Oz post is at the opposite end of the scale. They produce some limited items but charge high retail on everything so its very hard for any dealer to make any profits on either Indonesia or Oz modern covers. I stay away from them and thus I only sell pre ww2 world wide covers. To which many have nice stamps on them & many are unique.
