I am interested in reading Charles Nast's 1913 "History of the United States Metallic Tax Stamps for Cotton". I have not been able to locate a copy (either in print or online) of this work. Does anyone know of an accessible source for this study?

The American Philatelic Research Library in Bellefonte, PA, has a copy of this article, and can make you a pdf scan or a photocopy. The fees are reasonable, although there is a $5 fee for APRL users who are not members of the American Philatelic Society --- principally to encourage them to join APS!
