I posted on ebay to sell not sure it's true value. or if it's worth holding on too.

One fifth of a gallon was a common size; this kind of strip is not especially scarce even with a plate number. $20 probably is as much as it's worth.

There remains no specialized catalog of the red bottle strips. This particular strip was used in the period Feb - November, 1934. After that date there were sheet numbers with a two digit prefix number which indicated which Internal Revenue collection district it was used. Lots of remainders like the illustration exist and I agree that $20 is a reasonable estimate. Bluebell Importing Corporation was located near Philadelphia, PA.

Of some significance are the "C.S." initials which stand for Chrome Steel plates, which could be rechromed to extend the useful life of the plates.
