James,
The first one (in the latest photo) is from Egypt. It appears to be an official from United Arab Republic. Scott has this as # O 69 from 1959.
If you have a Scott catalogue the illustrated Identifier in the back of the book helped me identify this by searching similar photos.

Thanks, Hoshbun013! Gosh, I would have never guessed it was from the UAR! Unfortunately, Scott Catalogues aren't overally sold in the UK, so I hope Stanley Gibbons has it listed too! Thanks, GeoffHa! I believe that that is the only Stamp That I own that is from Nepal! Thank you, everyone, for your contribution. It has been very helpful and I am overwhelmed about how helpful everyone on this forum has been! |

the top stamp is an Egyptian official stamp issued during the Nasir era. It is either O69, O74 or O83 (per Scott Catalog Numbers) depending on the watermark. |

Thanks, DJCMHOH! If I could scan the watermark, please could you tell me its classification? (Scott catalogues aren't easy to find in the UK) |

James, you can rule out O83 as that is a different design.
Scott describes the first two stamps identified by DJ as having the following colors: O69-brown violet and O74-dark brown. I don't know how, or if, the watermarks differ. |

James, I overlooked the possibility of Scott O74 in my original post as pointed out by DJCMHOH. As noted Scott does list two stamps with this design: 1 - O69 in brown violet shade with watermark 318 - which appears as a small eagle. 2 - 074 in dark brown shade with watermark 328 - which appears as series of letters (U A R) Below is photo of each watermark taken from scott. Hope this helps Hobsun |

KGB, checking the colour, I believe it to be violet-brown and, therefore, Scott O69. Thank you! I'll just check with the watermarks Hobsun013 provided, to confirm. |

Yes, having checked the watermark, it is definitely 069, as I can clearly see the Multiple Eagle and the 'Misr'. Thank you so much for your help, KGB and Hobsun013! I'm so glad that this stamp has finally been classified! |
