Hard To Identify

I have a rose colored 3 Grote Declarations Argue stamp that I need to identify. Two standing lions with a key.

If you want help to ID a stamp, you will need to include a high-quality scan of the stamp

I am having problems with the image.

It needs to be scanned at higher resolution. Pic looks like 150 dpi but should be scanned at 300.

Bremen 1868 Documentary Decl Abgabe Revenue Stamp

German Empire, former city-state of Bremen, Dokumentationstempel Declarations-Abgabe / documentary stamp.

I am not a revenue collector so I cannot identify a cataloge number without proper books but this should help. Cut and paste the following link for photos and related sales data.
