I will stipulate that the little buzzard probably deserved it, but what do you suppose he did to deserve it?

Whoever took this photograph, whoever developed & printed the shot, whoever selected it for a postcard, whoever laid out the postcard, whoever published the postcard ... there were so many chances for someone to wonder if this was really the story they wanted to tell.

WWTT (What Were They Thinking) ???
