Any information on the cancel on this New South Wales stamp? Where was it from? Thanks!

I'm assuming the cancel is 231(?), but I'm not sure about the middle digit.

For New South Wales, 231 = Coonamble

It looks like the number is 231. If that is correct, then it is Coonamble (575 km north west of Sydney).
