Government issues from 1859 (thin numerals) or 1860 (thick numerals). SC#7 through 17. But I see the 120c should be blue. Perhaps yours is a forgery?

Sorry Rafa. I'm certainly no expert. I do know that philatelic forgers Jean de Sperati and Philip Spiro definitely both forged this issue. Looking at a random selection of images of this issue from the internet, I can see that the face of the sun on your stamp looks very different from all these others. My selections have very round cherubic faces while your stamp it is much thinner and more serious looking. Notice the flowers in the corners are also drawn in a much cruder fashion on your stamp.
I would also suggest that there is nothing to stop a forger from printing a stamp in the wrong colour.
Not proof I know, but it would get me thinking that your stamp has some problems.

Let me also point out that your stamp seems to be missing the accent (´) over the E in CENTÉSIMOS.

There is something very strange happening on the right side of your stamp as well. Appears to be two rings and possibly a number (?) printed in the same colour as the stamp. Very conveniently, though not thoroughly masked by a messy cancel.

I do not trust certificates of the Briefmarkenprüfstelle Basel. They had many dubious opinions.

It is a forgery. All the main characteristics are missing.
Just look at the T that is too wide, the lines from the sun, the last S passes the corner, the 4 ornaments of the corners, the missing accent over the E , etc.
Here I send you a picture with the main points of the originals .
At left thin numbers at right thick ones.
