I would say Natal, 1869 Revenue stamp, 1 penny Yellow cut to shape. (supposed perf.12 1/2) Value I dont know , but is in very bad shape. I found those old Natal stamps fascinating even if they are damaged.
No promises, but that looks like a one-penny Natal embossed revenue. Not listed in traditional catalogues; I can't say whether it is in the newer Barefoot catalogue.
