Hi folks all I know is these are USA revenue stamps or BOB? I generally don't deal with these but they came across my desk. So the question is what have I got in this group? And what sort of value is there if any? Not my area so I hope someone on here knows more about these, thanks for the help
Some of the second issues (the blue and black stamps) have value, especially the 30 and 70 cent, particularly if the do not have cut cancels. The $2.50 first issue at the center right has an example of a cut cancel known as a herringbone.
The 2015 catalog value for the 30 cent in VF condition is $160.00; for the 70 cent it is $85.00. Yours do have some condition issues, so the value would be less. Among other things, I can definitely see a cut cancel on the 70 cent, and it looks like the 30 cent might be creased.
