These Stamps Need Guidance. The Poor Stamp In The Middle Has Tape On It. What Kind Of Person Would Place Tape On A Stamp?

Well ... the center stamp began life marginalized. No wonder he needed help.

We need to go back in time and tell all the stamp makers: Make sure all the stamps well centered. Tell all the post offices make sure all the cancels are nice and neat. Tell everyone who gets mail dont damage the envelopes or stamps and save everything.

At least that stamp was not valuable anyway.
