Could I ask a favor of anyone who has access to a copy of the 2016 Scott volume 1?

In that letter from the catalog editor that's always written for each volume, could someone look and see if it says anything about value changes for Brazil? (And if so, what does it say?)

Thanks for your help!

Brazil is not mentioned in the "Letter from the Editor".
