Thanks for the stamp ID Don Not sure I can help with the dating other than I probably collected it early in around 1960 when I went to a boarding school in Beirut and then to a different school on the boarder of Lebanon and Syria. I would not have paid for it! Just kids swapping stamps! Surprisingly I managed to hang on to all the stamps I collected until this year!
