I have found some stamps with this person on it in the Scotts Catalog, But I can not find this one, Can anyone tell me what it is. Thank you

"Marca da bollo" identifies this as a revenue stamp.

Thank you KGB, I am in the process of inventorying the stamps can you say this would fall into the era of 1906 - 21 as the other stamps with King VICTOR EMMANUEL III on them,

I have a few Stamps that say Europa on them as well as Portugal, one in particular is on ebay called Golden Key,
I also seen the same Stamp with Sweden and a few other Countries, But none the less the same Stamp,

How does someone find the listings of a stamp like this,

For many years, the same basic type of the Europa issue appeared each year in many Western European countries. They are all listed in the catalogue under each country, although the type may only be illustrated under one.
