Hi I have a Republique libanaise Card with text in blue marked 'Commemoration de la Victoire' There are 8 images of stamps, followed by a line and 6 more stamp images marked 'Poste aerienne'.
I also have a very similar sheet (not card) with the same text but with black writing. Are they valid in terms of stamp collecting?
(I cannot scan them at this time because my scanner is playing up!)
Thanks KGB The sheet you displayed seems to have black text. If so it would be printed on paper. That would be the common version. But 300 were produced in 1946 printed on card with blue text.
SG lists this as MS311a - text in brown (with gum) or text in blue (no gum) - value (2009) £130 mint or used. On thick buff paper with blue inscriptions (130 produced) £275 unused. So worth a bit more than 10 euro!
