I have this Angel stamp which I can not find which Country it could be from,

it looks to be from 1903 or 1923 according to the cancelation stamp.


Can anyone enlighten me in finding it.

It does have "Republique francaise" written on it ...

"Postes" is French for "postage." That would be a good indicator that you're dealing with a stamp from the French area.
