It's Indian Orchard, Mass. and not a Bureau but a City Precancel. Unsure of the type...don't have a catalog. Hopefully Chasa will provide more info for type.

Its a village in the city of Springfield, Mass. Old mills there have been converted into condos and an art community.

I believe it's a Type 705 described in the PSS Style Chart as "Condensed 2.5 mm block caps; 1 mm between town and state. Town carried over to second line."

Thanks to all, great info. Precancels are almost like Washington/Franklins, so many different areas to explore
