Depends, but it is often quite common. Many precancel devices are 5x5 or 2x5 impressions - so they can be handstamped helter skelter on the 100 stamp pane.
I dont have it but I want some of the other stamps in the lot anyway so we will see, the precancel itself is common I have seen many I just thought it looked neat.
