My guess: L-2 HS , on a denomination that has not been reported [only known on the 4,5,25 parcel posts and some WF's]. Nice find !

KGB/Jim: In the new PSS Classics catalog, the editors request new finds be reported to Ralph Kimball. His email info is available at the PSS website. Ralph can confirm the ID and tell you if any others have been reported. I suspect there will be an addendum published sometime in the future.
