I am trying to find a more complete listing of precancels on war tax, excise, and playing card stamps. Backroads posted a revenue page on Oct.3,2011. Where was this found? And also, is Ed Zaluski still alive and does anyone know how I could contact him for a listing? Thanks

The Van Dam revenue catalog lists all or most. I know of no other reference. They are not in the Unitrade precancel catalog.

Thanks. I have used the vanDam catalog and also the Canadian Revenue Newsletter for years but there must be more out there, even if incomplete, listings of these precancels. See the page from backroads on Oct. 3, 2011 as an example.
