A firm by this name advertises in Linn's. Their ad lists a website of http://stampsinternational.com but I get a connection failed on that. Their email is listed as heaby@stampsinternational.com and I get a failure notice on that.
They sell worldwide lots out of Warminster PA. Anyone know if they are still in business? Ads were running as late as last month. thanks.
The owner, Harry Eaby, sells on ebay under the ID Philastamp2017. I purchased a US 309 lightly hinged OG from him that was a nasty regum. He accepted the return but it took forever for the refund and I ate the shipping. If you prefer honest descriptions you may want to look elsewhere.
