This stamp has a very odd looking postmark. Does anyone have an idea what it might be?

(I think I'm showing it the right way up but I can't be sure.)

Looks like some version of a cork canceller? I'm not an expert on Australian states postmarks so I couldn't tell you if they were used on this issue or not.

It is PP in a Diamond (Parcel Post )used at Melbourne.
