I was wanting to see if there was a specific term for what is going on with these plate numbers having perfs go through them? Any collectible significance?

misaligned?? The sheet appears to have been misaligned when set in the perforation equipment so that the margins are not centered, especially on the vertical perforation, (and less on the horizontal).

Not really any collectible significance, although a specialist might want an example in his collection.

Much more fun when you find the perfs outside the plate number, so that they are printed as part of the stamp.
