hello I have a kgv stamp that looks like a backwords c,i got a answer earler but iam not shore!if you look in the middle and a bit upp you vill se a c going the ather direktion!so if 3 c are going one way and one c going to the ather way!it should be somthing maybe iam wrong!so in the middle there is the c the ather way!you kan sheck it out!if I have missed somthing inform me!okey sheck it out!maybe its a little diffecult to se look for a while and its clearer!thanks *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. ***

Did you read the previous reply? The whole watermark will be backwards if viewed from the rear of the stamp. The only Cs I can see on your scan are going the way they should. |

hello mine is just the ather way A firsta then of and C att the middle and then att the botton!and then you can se the c are the ather way at the egde to the left and one att the botton on the stamp little to the right!looks the same but backwords and the backwords c! |

Magic70, I can not see the reverse C either on my computer. If you are convinced that you have the new variety, maybe you can check and see if there is a stampclub in Sweden that can authenticate your find?

There is one way to tell
Use lighter fluid on the watermark, and photograph with a camera will still wet, and then post it on the forum. That should solve it one way or the other. Horamakhet |

seriusly you dont see it whith arrow and anhansed shadows!arghhh I really dont understand howe you all dont see it!iam shore somone is going to se it in sometime! I will do a larger scan!thanks for the help maybe next time!the cat wants to play when iam scanning!haha  |

Magic, I think I can see it as you describe though it's not 100% clear. Take it to a stamp club ora stamp dealer as Peter T suggests. Good luck! |

The section of watermark below your arrow is much clearer. There you can easily see "CofA" in reverse, exactly as expected for the back view of a stamp. |
